Open the post in Threads and copy its link from the share menu.
How to download Threads photos and videos
Use a link to an individual public post. Open its share menu in Threads and copy the link; then paste it into the downloader.
Check the link
The address should contain /@username/post/post-code. Profile links and links to search results do not identify a single post. Both threads.com and threads.net links are accepted.
Choose the media
After the source is checked, photos and videos appear on a separate results page. Each carousel item has its own download button. Videos can be played before downloading.
Keep the result fresh
Download links are valid for ten minutes. Use Refresh links to retrieve the original post again. When an expired download is clicked, the service can refresh the result automatically if its recovery link is still valid.

A few things to know
Private, deleted and login-only posts may be unavailable. Text-only posts have no media to download. Files are offered in the quality exposed by the source, up to 120 MB.

Does this work with threads.net?
Yes. Individual post links from threads.net and threads.com are accepted.
Can I download multiple photos?
Available carousel items appear as separate downloads.
Do I need to log in?
No. This service never asks for your Threads password.
